Hello everyone and welcome to my Blog!
My name is Adrienne Smith and I was born to help people.
I ventured online back in March of 2007, I started blogging around mid 2008 and this blog was created in June of 2009. I was doing affiliate marketing which went well until mid to late 2010. I was SO bored with it that I was eager to do something different.
I bought a course that changed my life and from there I fell in love with blogging itself. My poor blog though had never really gotten much attention and it definitely had no comments except spam. It was literally a ghost town because my content was boring. When you have a corporate background you tend to write at the person instead of to them.
The more I educated myself, the more things I tried, the more I learned how to really be heard. From that moment on it’s been a heck of a lot of fun.
I won’t bore you with my ENTIRE story but you’re more then welcome to read it by clicking here…
Here’s How I Can Help You
We all make mistakes but we can learn from them. I’m really happy you’re here because that goes to show me that you refuse to give up too. I applaud you for that my friend.
I have learned a LOT about blogging and I’ve shared a good bit of that here on my blog. I’ve taught my readers how to drive traffic to their blogs and build a community where their readers wouldn’t be able to wait until they wrote another post. It’s all about forming wonderful relationships.
Blogging is constantly changing though and people aren’t as trusting. They aren’t as eager to part with their money unless they’ve learned quite a bit about you and have come to realize you’re someone that can really help them. People purchase things from those they know, like and trust.
In December of 2011 one of my readers nominated me in Danny Iny’s contest over at Firepole Marketing (now Mirasee). With the release of his newest book, “Engagement from Scratch”, he wanted to know who others felt was the most engaging person in the blogosphere. To my surprise I won that coveted title, “Engagement Superstar“. Everywhere you looked, there I was.
Because of that, people started coming to me to learn how the heck I’d been able to build such an engaging community, why I’ve had so many return visitors to my blog and how I’ve been able to build my list, keep my subscribers happy and build a successful consulting practice.
I was very passionate about what I did and I still am when it comes to helping others.
Connecting with others is just part of it though, there is a whole other side of this blogging thing. We’ve got to be sure that those who come back to our blogs are finding exactly what they need and eager to come back for more time and time again.
If you’d like to learn how to connect with others and start building your own blog community then be sure to grab my course today by clicking here. I’m so excited to share this course with anyone who is eager to learn.
You are more than welcome to look around, I have a lot of really helpful and useful content on this blog. If you stopped by my home page though you might have read that I am no longer publishing new content here on my blog. I’ve also closed my consulting business as well and have moved onto another business model.
Blogging is a great way to connect with others though, build a great following, get new subscribers to your list which can lead to new customers and/or clients.
I want to wish you the very best and I’m really excited for you…
